Terrence Revo, Attorney
“I
have been practicing law for almost 30 years and I am dedicated
to providing excellent legal counsel with professionalism and compassion. I
am very proud of the strong professionals who help me serve our

Terrence has successfully acquired millions
of dollars in personal injury settlement and awards and represented
thousands of clients.
Terrence
was admitted to the practice of law in New York State in 1976 and
practiced in Buffalo before moving to Albuquerque. He was
an assistant district attorney for Ira Robinson until re-entering
private practice in 1979.
After ten years of general practice
with a focus on personal injury and real estate law, he chose to
focus on personal injury law full time in 1988.
Terrence
also holds a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. In
addition to the practice of law, he has been the Charter President
of the Uptown Optimist Club and his neighborhood association. He
has served on the Board of Directors of Newday Shelters, the Jewish
Federation and the Jewish Community Center. He is a sustaining
member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association and a member
of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the State Bar
of New Mexico.

Roger I. Smith, Attorney
Roger
Smith is a native New Mexican who grew up in Albuquerque, graduated
from Albuquerque High School and then attended The University of
New Mexico where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
He
received his law degree from the University of New Mexico law School
in December 1992. While in Law School, Roger excelled in
Criminal Law, Evidence and Taxation and received an award for his
performance in the clinical law program. Roger
entered the practice of law with his father, Jack Smith, and has
practiced a combination of personal injury and criminal law over
the last 13 years.
“I have a special place in my heart
for people who have been injured through the fault of others.” He
is a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, plays
scratch golf and swims during his personal time.

Janelle
Fenn, Paralegal
Janelle
Fenn has been employed by the Revo Law Firm since 2002. Originally
from California, she has worked as a paralegal in personal injury
law firms for over 18 years. Along with her professional
career, she enjoys many sports and recreational activities.

Barbara J. Cok, Paralegal
Barbara
Cok is an experienced paralegal with degrees in Secretarial Studies
and Paralegal Studies. She has over 20 years experience in
personal injury claims and joined the firm in December 2004. Barbara
is a librarian at Heights Cumberland Presbyterian Church, who also
enjoys camping and sewing.

Terry Lazaron, Paralegal
Terry
is a lawyer from Virginia who practiced in the Washington, D.C.
metropolitan area as a civil litigator between 1986 and 2000. He
moved to Albuquerque and joined the firm in January 2003. Although
not admitted to the practice of law in New Mexico, he brings a
new perspective to the firm as he practiced in a personal injury
defense firm with expertise in personal injury, professional malpractice,
commercial litigation, and insurance law.
In addition to
his paralegal work at the firm, Terry is interested in law firm
technology. Terry
is an avid runner, hiker, cyclist and dog owner who loves the Albuquerque
and New Mexico area. “The mix of cultures, climate,
and terrain is very exciting to me. It makes my day to see
the mountains first thing in the morning.”
